I just want to say be very very careful. 

I just got a 40mg Opana ER yesterday to play around with.  I normally do 15-30 mg roxi (snorting or under the tongue) and feel great.  I have a descent tolerance I think by doing about 40mg hydro orally on a daily basis over the last two years, with the roxi on the side.  However, after snorting less than a quarter of the Opana, like maybe 8-9mg, I was not only completely sedated such that I could not, literally, keep my eyes open, but I was more nauseous than I think I have ever been in my entire life.  I threw up 4 times over the course of 8 hours and had a horrible trip.  I could not believe Opana is that much stronger than the roxi's, but it totally kicked my ass.  It has been about 18 hours since I first took it and I am still feeling sick.

I wonder if anybody else has had effects such as this?       

Yes your conversion was not right, you did too much for your tolerance, hence the vomiting. The nausea is the first sign of a mild overdose. The repeated vomiting was your body reacting to trying to get the opiate out of your system but it was too later it had been absorbed into your bloodstream and there is no way of getting that out via vomiting.

I very much had the same reaction one time when I use to shoot heroin. I dosed up my first shot and didnt get the immediately effects i wanted so i cooked up a second shot...this was a mistake because for the next 4-5 hours i was vomiting/dry heaving every 20 minutes.

Yes i am willing to part with them but my current seed sales have gone on hiatus for the last two weeks I might be back up with them on Monday...my car broke down and could not provide a timely manner of shipping out items so I hit the pause button before I got anymore orders, to assure quality control.

The best advice is not to inject anything IM. IV injection is actually safer.

It's very easy to get an infection from IM injection, and if you get an infection it's in deep in the tissue and will require painful surgery to get rid of. There is unlikely to be much blood flow to the area, so antibiotics won't help - until it gets into your blood stream - then you could die.

If you must for some reason inject IM (but don't) make a fist about at the area of your butt crack. Where your last knuckle will be, that's a safe place to inject. (but don't)

Umm...yeah why don't I just IV some Ketamine...no thanks.

Yes I have I got up at 5am yesterday morning and dosed before sunrise...had a quite productive morning and the current batch seems to be up to par with 3jane's previous batches. I'm dosing again tomorrow night so i can completely get the SSRI out of my system after i finished the MDMA yesterday and also waiting to get any current opiates out of my system, which also block psychedelics, esp. MDMA.

Alright boys here's my story with Missit.

I've known Missit prior to his SR account, so I've done business with him 2x before, the first time it took him 3 weeks to get my package which was in all honesty.. BULLSHIT.

2nd one went flawless.

My third one was a trade, some of my NBOMe for an assorted selection of some of his RC's plus some other stuff he ALREADY owes me.

The day we make this trade (Aug 5th) I package up and send my package OVERNIGHT to him, he recieves it on the 6th.  Now I patiently wait for my package, (NOTHING) yet, I've messaged him, emailed him, etc, and he has read my PM's but never responded, he has come up with a half assed excuse saying he thought I was moving while in my PM prior to I told him to SEND IT TO ME before date XYZ because I move after then.  A few times he has told me, "It's being taken care of".  Yet I have yet to see ANY DIRECTION whatsoever!  This is a TRADE, which should be honored let alone equally.  The worst part is that he has lowballed me on 25i-NBOMe to an EXTREME! My own product he has undercut me ON! and then hasn't made up his end of the DEAL.

I call BULLSHIT on this vendor completely, In fact I wish that something could be done, because I feel I've been cheated completely, even If I do receive these trade items, It's been 2 weeks I have been waiting for product which I know many of my customers have been EAGERLY AWAITING. 

I'm hoping the community can do something about this, because I for one cannot stand this kind of unprofessionalism!  Yes he is a vendor who is "overworked" Guess what, I am to as well, yet I always manage to take care of EVERYTHING, the night it is ordered.  I've never had a late package on my end.

Clean up your act, send me my product, I've waited long enough!

3-4 days ago ENBOOM he contacted me with an "Update on ENBOOM" PM, saying that he had shipped your product in a distinct manner of stealth, i think you know what I mean. The fact he told me that he shipped it and there is no mentoin of a tracking code or you having your product is an issue with me.

I declined my last inquire with him until he dropped the price so low that he thought I might actually order it but luckily I didn't because I had a strange feeling come over me.

I'll give thru the weekend and then action will be taken on MISSIT's vendor account. I can not promise anyone will get any BTC's back but we can take steps to banning his vendor account. I suggest no orders be made with Missit til everyone currently involved is satisfied.

So Missit the ball is in your court, step up or step off!
